ERPTerms of Service

These terms are an agreement between [your registered business name] (“we”, “us”) and the business that signs up for ERP (“you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of that business.
1. The service
ERP is online software for trading companies: sales, stock, purchasing and accounts. We host it, keep it running and improve it over time. We may change features, but we won’t remove core functions you rely on without reasonable notice.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your company’s accounts.
- The Admin of a company decides who joins it and with which role, and can remove people at any time.
- You must be able to enter contracts for the business you register.
3. Trial, plans and payment
- Every new company gets a 14-day free trial with every feature. No card is needed; when it ends, the company is locked until a plan is chosen. Your data is kept.
- Plans are priced per company with a number of users included (Starter: 3, Business: 10, Growth: 25), billed monthly or yearly in advance. Current prices are on the pricing page.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; the company keeps access until the end of the period already paid.
- Changing plan is charged or credited for the days left in the period. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that.
4. Your data
The business records you enter (customers, products, invoices, ledgers and so on) belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. Each company’s data is kept separate from every other company’s. You can export your records at any time, and ask us to delete them when you leave.
5. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, to store data you have no right to, or to send spam.
- Don’t try to reach other companies’ data, test the security of the service without our written permission, or overload it.
- Don’t resell the service or copy it.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after notice where that is reasonable.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but can’t promise it will never be interrupted, for example for maintenance or by our hosting providers. We back up data regularly. Support is by email at [your support email].
7. Your responsibility for your books
ERP helps you keep records, but you remain responsible for your accounts, tax filings and legal obligations. Check figures before relying on them for tax or legal purposes.
8. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or at once if you seriously break these terms. After it ends you have 30 days to export your data, after which we may delete it.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; we will tell you by email or in the app before important changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of [your country].
